Total Construction Services, Inc., a Maryland corporation founded in 1985, has performed a wide variety of new construction and renovation projects utilizing a number of different construction systems. The company has developed a market specialization in the construction and renovation of religious facilities, and is widely recognized in the area as a “Church Building Specialist”.
Working closely with a team of professional designers, Total Construction Services, Inc. is able to achieve substantial cost savings through utilization of unique building delivery systems that focus on critical facilities needs with practical and cost efficient design solutions. Design teams are individually tailored to each project based upon the Client’s program requirements, and include a knowledgeable group of licensed design/build subcontractors. Pre-engineered steel, heavy timber, and concrete structural systems are utilized where possible to speed design and construction times, reduce final project costs, and provide single-source responsibility.
Building activities have included schools, child-care facilities, retail, office, industrial, and community use structures. In addition to new construction and facilities expansion, TCS has extensive experience in renovation work, including elevator additions, reroofing, fire restorations, and preservation of historic structures. Project costs typically range from $5,000 to $5,000,000.
The company is a full-service design-build general contractor. As such, we offer complete preliminary budgeting, project design, permitting, and construction services. The vast majority of our projects come from client referrals, and our typical customer cycle begins 1-3 years prior to breaking ground. Principals in the company have nearly 100 years of combined construction experience among them, along with a Master HVAC license, Master Electrician license, and LEED Accreditation.
